Workspace Settings

The Settings module allows you to customize workspace behaviors, integrate messaging channels, manage teammates, and configure billing plans.


⚙️ 1. General Settings & Profile

  • My Profile: Update your personal email, display name, avatar, and password. Note: Your workspace role is read-only.
  • General Config:
    • Workspace Name: Edit the display name of your organization.
    • Auto-Archive Period: Define the number of days a conversation can remain inactive before it is archived automatically.
    • Channel Alerts: Toggle system warnings if a connected channel goes offline.
    • Sound Alerts: Enable or disable browser sound notifications for new incoming messages (saved locally per browser).

🔌 2. Platform Integrations (Connect)

Link your external messaging accounts to Wokfow:

  • WhatsApp: Click Connect Device to generate a QR code. Scan this QR code using your WhatsApp phone client.
  • Telegram: Input your Telegram Bot API token generated from BotFather.
  • Facebook Messenger: Log in via Facebook and authorize Wokfow to read and reply to messages from your Business Pages.
  • Status Management: Click Refresh Status to verify that the connections are active (CONNECTED).

👥 3. Team & User Management

Organize your sales and customer support staff:

  • User Directory:
    • Invite new members by entering their name, email, role, and password.
    • Assign workspace roles:
      • Owner: Full billing and workspace permissions.
      • Admin: Complete access to configurations, flows, and users.
      • Manager: Access to campaigns, reports, and teams.
      • User: Chat inbox access and basic features.
  • Teams: Group users into support or sales teams. Assign entire incoming conversation queues to specific teams.

🔐 4. Service Accounts (API Access)

Generate API tokens for custom automations, scripts, or CLI tools:

  1. Navigate to Service Accounts -> Click Create Account.
  2. Choose scope permissions:
    • flow.read / flow.write (Read/write automated flows)
    • knowledge.read (Access company knowledge documents)
    • analysis.run / analysis.apply (Trigger database re-analysis)
  3. Generate the secure token. Copy it immediately; it will not be displayed again.

💳 5. Billing & Invoices

  • Active Plan: Review package capacity metrics (e.g., number of connected WhatsApp lines, monthly active contacts, seat limits).
  • AI Credits: Purchase or monitor Gemini API generation credits.
  • Order History: Review invoices and order receipts.
  • Upgrade Portal: Compare Monthly/Annual subscription plans and request plan upgrades.
  • Invoice Printing: View and print receipts directly from your dashboard.
