Customer Data Center

The Customers database stores all contact records, metadata, intent scores, and AI-extracted summaries.


🔍 1. Database Filters (Left Panel)

You can segment your customer database using these filters:

  • Search: Match by name, email, phone number, or notes.
  • Channels: Filter by origin channel (e.g., WhatsApp number A, Telegram bot B).
  • Funnel Steps: Segment customers based on their current stage in the active Sales Flow.
  • Intent Score Range: Filter by customer interest score (0 to 100).
  • Sort Options: Sort by last active timestamp, creation date, or intent score.

📋 2. Contact Grid

The main database table displays the following information for each contact:

  • Name & Contact Info: Customer profile picture, name, and phone number.
  • Source Channel: The specific account/platform where the contact was created.
  • Funnel Step: Current sales funnel stage.
  • Intent Score: Calculated level of purchase intent.
  • Last Active: Time of the most recent incoming or outgoing message.

📑 3. Customer Insight Panel (Right Panel)

Selecting any customer in the grid opens their detailed profile card:

  • Overview: Name, phone number, organization status, and creation date.
  • Flow Mode: Displays whether the contact is currently running in Auto Mode or Assist Mode.
  • AI Summary: Narrative breakdown of the client's business context.
  • Tags: Active labels assigned to the client.
  • Metadata: JSON-structured variables extracted from conversations (e.g., product of interest, location, price range).

📥 4. Exporting Data

You can export your filtered customer database:

  • Click Export to CSV at the top right.
  • The system will compile the filtered dataset into a CSV file, capturing all metadata fields, tags, and AI insights.
  • Use this export for advanced BI tools, external CRM syncing, or retargeting lists.
