Marketing Campaigns

The Campaigns module allows you to broadcast bulk messages to segments of your audience, manage message templates, and track delivery rates.


📂 1. Tabs & Management​

  • All Campaigns: Active, scheduled, and completed bulk outreach list.
  • Archived: Past campaigns stored for reference.
  • Templates: Saved message templates for WhatsApp/Telegram.
  • Meta Templates: Official Meta templates for WhatsApp Business API.
  • Drafts: Unfinished campaign setups.

🪄 2. Creating a Campaign (6-Step Wizard)​

Click New Campaign to open the creation assistant:

  1. Channel: Select your target messaging channel (e.g., WhatsApp).
  2. Accounts: Choose which connected numbers or bot accounts will send the messages.
  3. Audience: Filter who receives the campaign:
    • Include Steps/Tags: Send only to contacts at specific funnel stages or tagged with specific labels.
    • Exclude Steps/Tags: Prevent contacts at specific stages or with certain labels from receiving the broadcast.
    • Tag Logic: Match ANY tag or ALL tags.
    • Last Active Range: Target contacts based on their last interaction dates.
  4. Content: Configure the message parameters:
    • Campaign Name: Internal label.
    • Type: Standard text, media (image/file URL), or official Meta Template.
    • Template ID: Enter your official Meta template identifier (if using Meta WhatsApp channel).
  5. Schedule:
    • Choose to send immediately, schedule for a future date, or save as a draft.
    • Rate Limiting: Set the maximum messages allowed per minute (default 20/min) to safeguard against platform spam flags.
  6. Review: Confirm all parameters and see the target audience preview before deploying.

:::tip Audience Preview Always double-check the estimated audience count in step 3. If the count is unexpectedly high or zero, review your inclusion/exclusion criteria. :::


📊 3. Performance Metrics & Exports​

Click on any campaign card to review its analytical performance:

  • Targeted: Total contacts selected for the campaign.
  • Sent: Messages successfully pushed to the queue.
  • Delivery Rate: Percentage of messages successfully received by the target devices.
  • Read Rate: Percentage of customers who opened/read the message.
  • Replied: Number and rate of customers who responded.
  • CSV Data Export: Download the performance summary for your marketing reports.
