Automation & Flow Builder
The Automation suite governs how Wokfow routes messages, configures AI agents, and structures sales funnels.
🔗 1. Channel Assignments​
This dashboard connects your live messaging accounts to specific automated Sales Flows:
- Active Channels: Displays all connected WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook accounts.
- Flow Mapping: Choose which Sales Flow is assigned to each channel account. Incoming messages will automatically trigger this flow.
- Status Indicators: Monitor connection health (e.g.,
CONNECTEDorDISCONNECTED).
🎨 2. Visual Flow Builder​
The Flow Builder allows you to construct interactive customer journeys using a visual Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) canvas:
- Workflow Steps: Nodes representing specific funnel stages.
- Step Goals: Define the target objective of a step (e.g., Capture phone number) to keep agents focused.
- Message Sequences: Pre-program a series of messages to send automatically when a client enters this step.
- AI Profile Setup: Inside the Flow, configure how the AI responds:
- Language & Tone: Set language (e.g., English) and personality (e.g., professional, friendly).
- Product Summary & Pricing: Central source of facts for the AI regarding your business.
- Forbidden Claims: Bullet points of claims the AI should never make.
- Sales Guidance: Tips on how the AI should close deals.
- AI Flow Assistant: Open the assistant side-drawer to ask the AI to "Explain this flow," "Generate a new step sequence," or "Suggest fixes."
🧠3. AI Agents & Knowledge Base​
Configure independent AI Agents to execute tasks and access your company's data:
- Agent Workspace: Define agent instructions and select model variables.
- Knowledge Base: Upload files or paste text documents:
- Collections: Group files by category (e.g., Product Specs, Shipping Terms).
- Items: Individual documents accessible by the AI to answer client questions.
- Approvals Panel: Approve or reject draft actions drafted by the AI.
- History Logs: Audit past AI execution paths, responses, and token usage.
🚦 4. Testing with Sandbox​
Before launching your flows to live customers, test them inside the Sandbox:
- Select a Flow: Choose the draft flow you wish to test.
- Simulate Conversations: Type test messages from a mockup customer perspective.
- Inspect Routing: Watch the debugger live as it updates the customer's funnel step, calculates the intent score, extracts metadata variables, and matches AI branches.
- Verify Follow-ups: Check if scheduled follow-up alerts trigger at the correct intervals.
