The Analytics Hub provides comprehensive reporting on sales performance, customer funnel progression, and channel returns (ROI).


📅 1. Timeframe & Filter Tools​

Filter all charts and metrics using the top options panel:

  • Timeframes: Quickly toggle between Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Custom Range (supports specific dates, current/previous week, or current/previous month).
  • Channel Scope: Filter reports to show all channels combined, or isolate metrics to specific WhatsApp lines or Telegram bot accounts.

Sales Home (General Metrics)​

View the high-level health of your business:

  • Total Revenue: Accumulated sales revenue captured in the selected timeframe.
  • Conversions: Number of customers who completed target flow goals.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): Average transaction value per converted customer.
  • Trend Graphs: Line charts visualizing daily and weekly progress.

Funnel Analysis​

Identify where leads drop off in the conversion pipeline:

  • Funnel Stages: Visual bar graph tracking the volume of customers in each step of your Sales Flow.
  • Drop-off Rates: Highlights which stage has the highest rate of customer exit, enabling you to optimize those specific follow-up templates or AI parameters.

Channel ROI​

Compare the performance of different messaging platforms:

  • Volume Comparison: Total customer counts by WhatsApp versus Telegram.
  • ROI Calculations: Compares cost of AI usage and active contacts against generated revenue.
  • Plan Utilization: Track monthly active contact limit usage relative to billing thresholds.
